Lounge

Spacious, luxurious living room with 2 patio doors onto the balcony overlooking the pool, and sliding patio doors leading to the covered terrace. Glass-topped dining table (seats 8 plus highchairs available), 2 sofas (1 sofabed), chairs and TV/DVD (English language channels include BBC World news, Eurosport and a kid's channel), plus CD/IPod dock.Selection of games and DVDs.

Master Bedroom

Through a door from the hall, you enter the dressing room with fitted cupboards and storage areas. This leads on to the ensuite bathroom, and the master bedroom, which is very spacious, and has double sliding doors onto its balcony which overlooks the pool. There is a double bed, cupboards, shelving, and plenty of room if you wanted to put up any of the spare beds (we normally have our two youngest each in their own double inflatable bed and theres still plenty of room)

Twin Bedroom

From the hall you enter the twin bedroom, which has bedside and fitted cupboards, and a patio door onto its balcony.

Flexible sleeping arrangements

We have 2 cots, 2 queen-size inflatable spare beds, a single fold-out bed, and a sofabed available. We prefer to limit the numbers staying in the apartment to 6, but we can cater to just about any preferred sleeping arrangements on request

Kitchen

Fully-fitted kitchen includes;- gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, and all crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment necessary to cater for a large family. Door leading to private terrace.

Two Bathrooms

En suite luxury fully-tiled bathroom to master bedroom with bath, shower, bidet, WC and marble top sink.
There is also a second fully-tiled bathroom with shower, WC and sink.
2 hairdryers available.

The Terrace and other bits n bobs

Our large private terrace accessed from lounge, kitchen, and long balcony has a table and chairs for 8, sun loungers, seats and table, BBQ.
The rooftop terrace has views over the nearby Salgados Nature Centre, the whole of the 2-mile bay, and the resort of Armacao de Pera itself. It's a lovely place to bring up a couple of chairs and a bottle of wine and watch the magnificent sunsets behind the inland hills.
Underground garage for secure parking.

The Gardens and Pool

Completely secure, safe, quiet and peaceful lawned gardens with fig, nut and other trees surrounding lovely large, crystal-clear swimming pool and small children's paddling pool for private use of residents of the complex. Beach equipment, such as beach mats, parasols, fold-up chairs, snorkels etc are available for use on request.

Wheelchair and other accessibility

Wheelchair access into the apartment, all parts of which are wheelchair-accessible, save to the roof terrace which has steps leading up, and the pool and gardens (steps down). Equipment such as electric wheelchairs or buggies can be hired locally - see here.
