What's included?
Accommodation including all local taxes, water, gas, electricity (reasonable winter electricity is included), use of pool and car park. Highchairs/cots if requested. Clean linen and towels (sorry not beach towels) and final clean. Room fans available.

Prices are based on three or four persons and are per week. PRICES SHOWN ARE A GENERAL GUIDE ONLY. For specific rates, and also rates for couples, for five or six persons, for Christmas/New Year, or for other than full weeks, please enquire with us via our "contact us" page or see our Ownersdirect website.

We also offer discounts from time to time to fill vacant periods, so again for uptodate information please check with us direct or on our ownersdirect website.

When you arrive, we'll provide a bottle of wine, a few beers, some teabags and milk, along with bread, butter, jam, and cheese. If you have kids there'll be some pop in the fridge too.
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and everything checked.
An up-to-date information booklet will be emailed to you upon receipt of your enquiry (and posted to you before you travel) with all useful information and links relevant to your stay at Vila Nova.
